The event will be held at La Colombaia farm. Participants will have the chance to visit the experimental greenhouses and learn about the systems being compared.They will also take part in a sensorial laboratory, where they are guided in a tasting of different species of leafy greens.
It has been organized and will be run by both Greenresilient and ProOrg (Code of Practice for organic food processing).
